Ingredients
2 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar, use good quality balsamic vinegar for best results.
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, use good quality evoo for best results, (I like California Olive Ranch).
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
4 ounces plain Greek yogurt
½ tsp sea salt, (more or less to taste)
¼ tsp fresh ground pepper, (more or less to taste)
Instructions
1 – Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or salad shaker, (I like this one from Whiskware). Comes with a whisk ball which is really cool.
2 – Shake the s**t out of it until it is well blended and emulsified!
3 – Use on salad or grilled vegetables. Enjoy!
Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
